We look forward to walking in unity as we embrace our themed day “ONWARD” of SevenDays® Make a Ripple, Change the World event 2018. Community participation from all religious/non-religious beliefs, races and cultures are encouraged during the SevenDays® Faith, Love & Walk at the National World War I Museum and Memorial on Monday, April 16, 2018. Please plan to arrive early for parking and to participate in the Pre-Walk activities.

Pre-walk: Same day registration and T-shirt pick-up will be available inside the National World War I Museum and Memorial beginning at 4:00 on April 16. Pre-Walk activities begin at 4:30pm on the grounds north of the Museum, and the Pre-Walk ceremony will begin at 5:30. With parking south of the Museum, the North Lawn will be accessible by stairs or the walking path.

Walk: The Walk begins at 6:30pm on the North Lawn. Following the approximately 2 mile walk (route map), there will be some of Kansas City’s favorite food trucks with treats available for purchase near the finish line on the south side of the Museum.

All ages are welcome. Children ages 5 and under walk free but registration is required for each person participating in the walk. Registration for children and adults over the age of 6 will be $10 prior to April 16 and $15 the day of the walk. This is a family event and parents or guardians are expected to be with children under the age of 12. Strollers are welcome. Participants with guide dogs are encouraged to participate (only service dogs will be allowed to participate).

T-shirt Pickup: Please visit the sidebar to the right for the T-shirt pick-up time and locations. Please wear your T-shirt to the Walk.

Everyone is urged to keep a simple phrase in mind: "See something, say something." There are no lockers available to secure items. Our Charities

Our Faith, Love & Walk is on Onward Day. We named it Onward with the realization that we all have something in our lives from which to move Onward. To help each of us take action in moving Onward we host 14 charities at our Faith, Love & Walk. They need our help and perhaps you need their help, too. Take time to meet each charity on Monday, April 16th, 2018 and visit their website to learn how they might be your Onward.
